Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell premium children's furniture — convertible cots, toddler beds, mid-sleepers and bunk beds, children's wardrobes, bookcases, toy storage, height-adjustable desks and full room sets — with the anti-tip anchor straps, guard rails, night lights and edge protectors to fit them safely. The anti-tip anchoring, assembly and bunk age limits are stated on each listing.

Anti-tip anchoring, assembly & bunk safety

Children's furniture is for indoor domestic use. Tall and heavy items — wardrobes, bookcases, chests of drawers, mid-sleepers — must be anchored to the wall with the supplied anti-tip fixing: children climb, and unanchored furniture tipping over is a serious, well-documented hazard. Assemble fully by an adult to the instructions, every fixing fitted, on a level floor. For a bunk or mid-sleeper the top bunk is not suitable for children under six, the guard rails must be fitted, and the mattress must be the stated size and depth so the gap to the rail stays safe. Use the correct mattress and keep to safe-sleep guidance for a cot. Finishes are safe for children once fully dry and cured. Check the fixings as children grow. CE marked where applicable.
