We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Beds and large furniture

Beds, mid-sleepers, bunks, wardrobes and the full room set are heavy and ship flat-packed on a pallet; smaller units and accessories ship by parcel. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible door, not assembled. An adult assembles each item to the instructions and anchors every tall piece to the wall; a bed is used with the correct mattress. Anchor straps, guard rails, night lights and protectors ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
